Quench Pipe

Although quench events are rare, they pose significant risks to both people and facilities. To ensure safety and compliance, it’s critical to use certified materials and properly installed pipelines that follow the engineering standards.

Our modular kit-based design allows for flexible installation by local teams, making it easy to meet the requirements of any MRI system.

Quench components can be ordered in advance—even before the final pipeline routing is fully defined—helping to keep your project on schedule.

Magnetic Shielding

Magnetic shielding is occasionally required to contain fringe fields and prevent magnetic interference beyond the MRI room.

Tekemi utilizes high-performance magnetic flux conductors such as M36 steel to ensure effective containment.

We’ve engineered a range of wall- and ceiling-mounted support structures designed to bear the shield’s weight. These substructures are easy to install, require minimal site preparation, and are built for long-term durability.

Additionally, our team provides magnetic flux modeling to project field behavior outside the room and determine the appropriate shielding solution needed to ensure compliance and safety.

Interior Finishes

The suspended ceiling system integrates seamlessly with HVAC infrastructure and accommodates all essential components for MRI operation. Optional white LED lighting can also be incorporated to enhance visibility and ambiance.

Walls are clad in melamine panels—an ideal surface for aseptic environments. They are resistant to chemical agents, inhibit the growth of harmful microorganisms, and their white finish helps brighten the room for a more inviting atmosphere.
